Worship for Sunday, 14th September: 13th Sunday after Trinity

Next Sunday, there is a Holy Communion Service at St Anne’s Church Dropmore starting at 9:15 and a Parish Eucharist Service at St Nicolas Church starting at 10:45. The latter service is being live-streamed; the link is below. There is also a link below to the Church of England online service.

The cost of following Jesus

This week, our online service for the Twelfth Sunday after Trinity comes from Top Church in Dudley. Rev James Treasure and his team will explore what Jesus means when he talks about the cost of discipleship and following him in our Gospel reading, Luke 14.25-33. Worship will be lead by Top Church’s worship band with a beautiful original song, Kyrie, written by their worship director Dave Shaw.
