In February, we turn our attention to the Lighthouse Project bringing churches and communities together around children. Lighthouse delivers a fun week-long non residential summer holiday programme for children of primary school age run by local churches working together, open to children of all backgrounds. It is run by volunteers from the age of 12 to 90 and is free to attend. The children enjoy Craft, Drama, Sport, action songs, messy games, gunge and Discovery (teaching) sessions.
Our charity appeal donations will go to Lighthouse Burnham who provide these holiday experiences for children in our area.
