10am Sunday 21st February
Join us at 10am on Sunday 21 February to worship together for the first Sunday of Lent. The president this week is the Revd Andrew Lightbown, rector of the Winslow Benefice, and our address is given by the Rt Revd Olivia Graham, Bishop of Reading. Thank you to everyone from across the diocese who has made this service possible.
The season of Lent invites us to prepare ourselves to take in the Good News of Easter, through deeper disciplines of prayer, fasting and good works. This Lent, with the vaccination programme in full swing, we have so much to be thankful for. Each vaccination taken up is an act of love for those around us – a way of showing our gratitude to all those that have made it possible.
